Rooms

Check-in: 14:00 – 22:00 hours
Check-out: 08:00 – 12:00 hours
Breakfast: 08:00 – 10:30 hours

Room facilities:

• TV (incl. radio)
• Balcony and toilet with bath or shower
• A free wireless LAN Internet access is available

All rooms are non-smoking.
Pets are allowed; no extra charges.

Prices

All prices are including:

• Night with breakfast buffet
• Electro taxi by arrival and departure (if requested)
• VAT as per applicable rates

The guest and local taxes are not included in the price.

Visitor's tax

from 01 Nov – 31 May: adults from 16 years CHF 4.50, children from 6 years: CHF 2.25
from 01 Jun – 31 Oct: adults from 16 years CHF 7.00, children from 6 years: CHF 3.50 (including mountain railways).
Free of charge for children up to their 6th birthday.

Discounts

Children discounts:

• Children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots in the parents' room.
• Children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding in the parent's room.
• Children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds in the parent’s room
• Children from 12 to 16 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds in the parent’s room

There is a maximum capacity of one extra bed or baby cot per room. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Discounts can not be cumulated together and are not available for packages or special offers.

Payment

Bills are payable in the hotel, latest at check-out, and will be established in CHF (Swiss Francs).

Payments in Euro, as per daily rate, are possible.

• Credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express (Amex)

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Payments in advance

Payments in advance can be requested and can be settled using a credit card or by bank transfer.

Advance payments please at least 1 week before arrival.

Cancellation

If a firmly agreed room reservation is cancelled at short notice, we unfortunately cannot waive the charge and ask for your understanding. We charge as follows:

• Up to 7 days before date of arrival: free of charge.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged with the total amount (incl. reserved extra services such as ski passes).

Privacy

We use ethical standards and respect your privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we reserve the possibility to contact you again after your stay (f.ex. with Christmas cards, offers, newsletter,...). If you would receive any correspondence from us you don't want, you can at any time send us an e-mail, post mail or a fax asking us to stop.
